My name is Sean Lesponera and I've been in the fitness industry for 20 years, training hundreds of people, from 89 year old disabled people to professional athletes, from one on one training upto large groups of people of all levels of fitness. I have been a Bolnore Resident for 4 years and wanted to give the "Bolnorians" their very own Bootcamp. I have plans to arrange Bolnore London to Brighton group, Bolnore Marathon group, and also take Bolnore Bootcamp overseas for a 5 - 7 day total Bootcamp experience, amongst other things. I'm looking forward to seeing you on the upcoming Bootcamps which will be running throughout the whole year.

Bootcamp on your doorstep convenience at its best, roll out of bed, straight into Bootcamp and then home in a flash to shower before starting your day.

  • Indoor sessions at - Bolnore Village School

  • Outdoor sessions at - The Recreation Ground

You can do as many or as few Bootcamps as you like but remember that the more consistent you are with your training, the better the results.
