I started Bolnore Bootcamp in order to regain my fitness and shift my remaining baby weight (still there after 18 months!) Although the thought of exercising outside at 6am was not immediately appealing, Bootcamp has been great fun. Sean provides a wide variety of activities within each session, and the short bursts of intensive exercise, followed by brief breaks, mean that the mornings are never boring. Sean is no sergeant-major-type bootcamp leader but good-humouredly pushes us to our limits! He has tailored the programme to meet our individual aims and fitness levels and has adapted the type and duration of activities as we have progressed. He ensures that each exercise is completed correctly for maximum effectiveness. Sean has also given us useful and realistic advice on healthy eating and nutrition. For such personalised and effective attention, the Bootcamp programme offers great value for money. It has certainly been far better for me than joining a gym, where I would inevitably end up missing sessions and certainly wouldn’t push myself as hard. Bootcamp has been extremely effective for me, both in terms of greatly increased fitness and finally getting rid of those excess pounds. A word of warning – Bootcamp is addictive: I now intend to keep it up, even through the dark winter mornings! As well as achieving my physical goals, I have also met some lovely people through attending Bootcamp. We have a real laugh together – I am sure the local residents think we are all mad, giggling our way through exercises in the early hours! I would very highly recommend Bolnore Bootcamp to anyone, at any level, who is serious about improving their fitness or losing weight.
