Did you know that from around the age of 25 years, us humans start to lose muscle mass, and our body’s regeneration process slows down. Some people just go with it and become fatter, slower, less agile and less responsive. You might hear some chap in his late 60’s or 70’s, saying, “do you know, I weigh the same as I did when I was 20 years old”. Now, that may be true but he will have less muscle and more body fat, so where he’s lost the important weight, he’s gained the weight most of us are trying to lose…the fat! He won’t be anywhere near as nimble or supple or strong as he could be, even at his age.

You obviously don’t just follow the crowd that thinks like that, you think on a higher level, and want to greatly improve yourself, otherwise you wouldn’t be reading this! Good for you my friend!

The best way, the only way, to keep our bodies young, is to do weight baring exercise alongside cardiovascular type exercise with a good balanced diet and supplementation. All of which we go into more detail, here on our website.

For the ladies (or men) who are worried about looking like The Hulks lesser known daughter…please don’t! It is very hard to gain muscle, some people are gifted with great genetics enabling them to achieve the muscular look but even they cannot look like Mr Universe without a little extra help!
