Before we start I have to tell you one thing…. fad diets don’t work, diets
are temporary and with some of them you can come off them and after a couple

that when it is being starved it needs to shut down and hold on to what

So just remember….EAT HEALTHY FOR LIFE but don’t be so ridged that you cant
enjoy your treats. Choose a day each week that you can eat and drink want
you want. I don’t mean for you to go stupid but be sensible, just not that
