Session price = £55 Occasionally more time is needed as with "Quit Smoking" sessions but that would be discussed before your appointment.

I have found that most people need to build their confidence, even though you would never know it to look at them because they tend to (as do most of us) put some sort of mask on for the rest of the world to see. Therefore, i will generally include this in my therapy when working with my clients.
